[edit] Real Estate Trend
A real estate trend is a term used to describe a consistent pattern that over time causes change. A trend must have substance and be based on fact. It is therefore usually about a concept, a belief, a philosophy or an event and not merely a new product or service.
Monitoring changes and tracking real estate trends is a not an exact science and can be very hard to predict. Real estate trends are divided into two categories namely Economic or Housing Trends and Business Trends.
